for the annual Ride with Librarians
May 31. Everyone is welcome to join
in on this fun, friendly, casual bike ride
around town followed by a social picnic
potluck.

better than a cool drink on a hot day?
Either way, the Lemonade Social on
June 13 is for you! Register to compete
or just show up to sample and vote. The
top title is fiercely contested.
On June 21, the Fernie Heritage
Library invites the community and
visitors to share in a special Aboriginal
Day Celebration. Celebrate the
unique heritage, diverse cultures,
and outstanding achievements of the
nation’s Aboriginal peoples at a day
of community, sharing and learning.
Canada’s National Aboriginal Day
gives many people the chance to learn
more about Aboriginal people and their
contributions towards the country’s
development and progress.
