The Annual‘ Thanksgiving at the Barn’ event is a family celebration of fall, held on Thanksgiving weekend.
Fall in the Elk Valley brings harvest festivals, author events and lots of opportunities to engage in the arts. In winter, Fernie comes alive with exciting festivities throughout December, and fantastic events for the whole family to enjoy throughout the snowy months. Centred on the lawns at City Hall in the heart of Fernie, the annual Fernie Chautauqua is a celebration of heritage and culture featuring history, music, and art hosted by the Fernie Museum.
