Find Yama2Go and Lunchbox at locations around the valley - often in Sparwood and Elkford for lunch or at the markets . Yam2Go serves up a bite-sized selection of sushi , sashimi and authentic Japanese cuisine while Lunchbox has a range of wraps , salads , and specials featuring their signature sauces and combinations .
The Wheelie Good Eats Truck is one of the newest additions , offering Mediterranean / Middle Eastern inspired cuisine with plenty of vegan , GF options and specialties including chicken shawarma and falafel . Wheelie can be found in downtown Fernie at the
Wednesday Socials and at many local events and markets .
If you prefer a lounge setting with your food truck options , check out Chopstick Truck for delicious Vietnamese bowls , spring rolls and soups , and Miner ’ s Mud for your early morning coffee fix and tasty home baking .
