Located in the Southern Highlands on a rural property, this BAL 12.5, N3 rated
home meant the products had to be carefully considered.

The 467 Awning and Casement windows with Truth hardware have a strong
sealing sash. Right and left hand opening windows encourage a controlled
cross ventilation throughout the home.
The property has picturesque views of the valley below and to avoid spoiling
this the Aneeta Sashless window was used. They open top and bottom in one
easy motion and give rotational ventilation.
The 704 Slidemaster doors large panel span give a near uninterrupted view
outside. The double glazed, large panels needed a strong central leg support
in the subsill and double bogey wheel carriage for a smooth operation.
Combing these with the option of stiffened rails the 704 Slidemaster door was
best suited for the application.
