Hello , yes you reading this article looking at my pictures thinking I may have it “ all together ”, with nothing to worry about . I ’ d like for you to know that is not true . I didn ’ t always see myself as beautiful . My self-esteem at one point in my life was so low that I thought I wasn ’ t enough . I allowed the opinions of society , peers , and social media to depict my beauty . I valued what people had to say more than how I truly felt about myself or what God said about me . It wasn ’ t until , I ’ d had enough of beating myself up about not being thin enough , light enough , or tall enough that I realized , I was enough , just the way God made me and you too are ENOUGH ! I believe when we don ’ t love ourselves we tell God in a nonverbal way that an error has been made in his design . If you don ’ t feel beautiful enough , do what makes you feel beautiful , if you have a disability embrace it and find others that have embraced theirs so it will encourage you along the way . Set goals ; start small so you can achieve them . You are more than enough ! You are beautiful ! Change the way you see yourself and others will begin to see you in the same light . Embrace the skin you ’ re in and love who you are because God gave your own unique finger print and designed you to be fearfully and wonderfully made .
