IF YOU COULD TELL SOMEONE OUT THERE HOW TO LOVE WHO YOU ARE WHAT WOULD YOU SAY ?
I would encourage them to do affirmations daily , a few of mine every morning are : “ I am beautiful inside and out . I am loved and cherished in my father ’ s sight . I am light . I am love . I am powerful .” and sometimes it varies by the day , and it helps to shape my day , and also the more something is repeated the more readily you begin to believe it about yourself and exude it , which is also why we study / read the Word . I also would encourage people not to compare themselves to others , comparison is the thief of joy ! I stopped comparing my body , my journey and my life to others last year , by every time I started to compare- I would say “ Thank you for what I have ” and it would help change my mind , and a lot has changed for me since then .
