2.
SET
ATTAINABLE
GOALS!
‘I’m gonna save this year”. “I’m gonna lose 70 lbs”. Sound familiar? We live in a modernized country
that is infatuated with a hustle and a dream; absent of discipline and a reality. Not to say those goals
are unattainable, however not that any loss is a blow to one’s confidence. So inadvertently, becom-
ing a person that attains “smaller victories” will help you to scale your larger dreams in the nearer
future. Once you are able to pace your goals with probable time expectations; you can trust yourself
more to win.
Example: “I’m going to try to save 500.00 this year” “I will lose 5-10 lbs per month”
3. LOOK THE
YOUR FLAWS
PART;
FLAUNT
We have all heard the term “Dress for Success”, right? This rule of thumb never plays out as you will
definitely need to look your best if you hope to spark the best out of your confidence level. It is time
that you embrace the parts of you that are less flattering in clothes; and shop for the look you have.
No shabby clothes, no dirty clothes, no unflattering clothes. Do your makeup! Flip your hair, and
live! Find your shape on the internet. As we all know women come in all shapes and sizes. Shapes
can run from: pear, hourglass, apple, and/or diamond shapes. Once you are able to see what shape
you are; you will be able to enjoy your natural curve; wherever it falls.
Example: A pear shaped body has a smaller bust, and a wider bottom. Wearing belts, and other
“waist focused” clothing on this body type can create the illusion of an hour-glass defined shape.
Applying these three concepts: Speaking positively, Setting Attainable Goals, and Looking the part;
all while flaunting your flaws may be the key to improving your self-esteem, and total outlook on
your self-confidence. With confidence; you are merely halfway in the process of bringing your
dreams into an easy reality. DO YOU BABY!...and remember
YOU BETTA WORK!!!! ■
