in every garden
there lay a flower greater than others.
engulfed in the vibrant splash of blood red with beautiful ruffled ends to each petal.
though it have thorns sharp to the touch,
it will never fail to be that elegant, peaceful,
symbol of love we let the sun nurture.
you are my rose,
forever and always
Mother Nature

the trees whistle,
the wind blows,
it’s time for you my dear
the sun rises,
the birds chirp,
the flowers bloom
and slowly,
you arrive.
the world bleeds with color once more,
the breeze emerges joyous,
the sun makes time feel infinite
because of you my dear,
we see the beauty in every petal,
the color in every sunset,
and the love in every garden
for you.
