Rose by Hery Chavez Feeling the Sunshine, Spring 2020 An EHS Student Special Feature Publication in every garden there lay a flower greater than others. engulfed in the vibrant splash of blood red with beautiful ruffled ends to each petal. though it have thorns sharp to the touch, it will never fail to be that elegant, peaceful, symbol of love we let the sun nurture. you are my rose, forever and always Mother Nature by Hery Chavez the trees whistle, the wind blows, it’s time for you my dear the sun rises, the birds chirp, the flowers bloom and slowly, you arrive. the world bleeds with color once more, the breeze emerges joyous, the sun makes time feel infinite because of you my dear, we see the beauty in every petal, the color in every sunset, and the love in every garden for you.
