n the present time each societies has its own story of different struggles, aspirations, lifestyle and victory. Just like what I’ve mentioned everything is not also the same when it comes to the way of leadership. There are different types of government that we can find and the reason for that is because the government should adjust to the needs and wants of a society so that they would be able to lead the people efficiently. One of the usual type of government is Federalism, but first of all what is federalism? According to system.uslegal.com, Federalism is a system of government in which power is divided between a national (federal) government and various state governments. In a nutshell Federalism’s way of governance is by dividing a nation to different states and by that each states have to freedom to dictate on how that state will work and act.

ederalism has five types which is the Dual,Cooperative, Fiscal, Creative and New Federalism, the theory of Dual Federalism believes that the state should always have a close ties with the national government it is first introduced in the year (1790-1930`s). On the other hand Cooperative Federalism (1930-1960) disagrees with the Dual Federalism instead they believe that the state should be always separated to the national government. Fiscal Federalism gives Congress huge amount of authority that can limit the budget of any other political departments.

Political System

he nation commits towards a system that has excellence in organization and structure for the most part. The system itself should also have a balance between them as promised by democracies, in terms of representation and presidency. To sum things up, the national government can be called a democratic regime influenced by the constitution with the president taking leadership of it.

he executive level can be divided into the President and the Vice-President. This level revolves around authority over the country’s affairs. These affairs range from issues to policies. The legislative level can be divided into the House of Senate and the House of Representatives. This level deals with the country's laws and economic regulations, such as tax. The judicial level can be divided into the Mayor, Vice-Mayor and Sangguniang Bayan. This level is primarily meant to back the laws that are passed by the legislative members and idealized by the executive members via the judiciary courts.

reative Federalism (1960-1980) allows the federal government to decide what the states need, and then provide them with the resources that they need. And lastly, the New Federalism (1980-2001) and because of robbed power within the state in Creative Federalism the New Federalism grants the power within both the government and the state to have a sort of balance and equality. These are the basic types of Federalism that we can find up until the present.

he nation’s hierarchy within politics shows the president acts as both the leader of the nation itself and the leader of the country’s government. The country also demonstrates a system that accommodates many parties that is Pluriform. Such hierarchy can’t be called a vertical one but rather a horizontal one divided into three levels: executive, legislative and judicial.
