We have new dates for the upcoming resident and family satisfaction survey ! Activated Insights opens participation on March 14th and runs through April 1st . Look for further details for completing your survey to arrive soon . The survey is distributed electronically and requires your email or cell phone number be on file . Please check with Social Services to ensure we have your correct information . We welcome your feedback on ways to improve the experience for you and your loved ones .
