The Importance of Skin careā€¦. Cleaning our skin is a major issue. Can you see deep in your pores if you could get a magnifying glass and take a look at your skin. I bet you are disgusted at the musty sweat, decayed make-ups, accumulated dirt, oil deposits and pollutants that are deposited on the skin surface With the increase in air pollution, cleansing your skin is a must, or else you get eruptive that will cost you beauty that needs to get corrected. No matter the skin type and texture it is advisable to cleanse your skin at night. The night cleaning is more important than washing your face in the morning. This will remove all dirt, sweat; make ups, that accumulated during the day time. Also, this helps the skin breathe and feel fresh at night and all day in the harmful pollutions of the everyday. Most people just use soap and water to cleanse their skin with hopes that it will give them effective refreshing effects. However, soaps have alkaline effects that also dry up the skin by ejecting sebum or natural skin oil. This can leave the skin dry and easily irritable. Use of soap can also upset the acid-alkaline equilibrium in the body. Find the right cleanser that works for you. Nutrients are play a major role in your skin care. The skin's cells are similar to those of the rest of your body. The body needs nutrients to make them flourish. The same molecules damage them. The same nutrients help to prevent or repair damage that we all do on a daily bases. Skin's cells are replaced on a regular basis; daily, weekly, monthly, throughout a person's life. Old cells are pushed out by new ones and sloughed off rapidly. The old cells are actually a major component of household dust. Losing old cells is good for your complexion. If the cells were not sloughed off, the skin would start to look dull and old. Regular washing is necessary to support the natural cell removal process. But a gentle exfoliate like sea salt can be used once a month to stimulate it. The most Important part is you diet and daily consumption. Like the old saying goes, an apple a day will keep the Dr. away. Eat vegetables and light on the fruits daily. If you have blackheads or whiteheads, select a balanced skincare deep cleansing product twice a week. The ingredients to look for include kaolin and bentone gel.
