KEEPING EVERYONE SAFE DISTRICTWIDE COVID-19 GUIDELINES
• Use proper cough and sneeze etiquette
• Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands
• Practice good hand washing hygiene often
• Limit travel outside of your home and follow Cook County Department of Public Health Travel Guidance when leaving the state
• Consider registering / booking / pre-paying your visit online ( or over the phone ) as much as possible prior to arriving
• Bring your own basic supplies / equipment needed ( water bottle , towel , etc .) as not all amenities at our facilities are currently being offered
• Follow all rules / guidance posted applicable to specific facilities
PARKS / PLAYGROUND COVID-19 GUIDELINES :
• Carry-in / carry-out : to help with keeping our facilities clean , consider bringing all trash with you after enjoying our facilities / parks
• Use hand sanitizer before and after use of our outdoor playgrounds
• Practice physical distancing
• Wear a face covering if physical distancing cannot be maintained
• Follow rules / guidance posted at our parks
FAILURE TO FOLLOW GUIDELINES
We care about your health . The COVID-19 pandemic is very serious . Please be respectful of staff and fellow patrons at all times . Failure to follow staff directives and the guidelines set forth will result in suspension of your facility privileges until further notice .
The Park District may change and update guidelines and restrictions at any time given the fluid nature of the pandemic and as new regulations are implemented or new guidance is developed .
