LIVESTREAM ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION VIRTUAL EXERCISE CLASS " JOINTS IN MOTION " has been developed to help reduce pain and decrease stiffness . Sessions include gentle range of motion exercises that are suitable for every fitness level and ability .
