BEGINNING DANCE
For dancers who are new to dance , or have previous dance experience . Class curriculum guides and end-of-thesession evaluations are given out by instructors .
PRIMA BALLET
This class is recommended for dancers who are excelling in Ballet Star Class or are planning to pursue ballet as a main dance elective . Dancers will perform various stretches to increase flexibility and an understanding of how their muscles work to help them dance . Dancers will start to learn basic turns , jumps , leaps and center combinations .

BALLET TECHNIQUE I
These classes will focus on basic ballet technique , proper body alignment , French terminology and musicality . Level I explores the fundamentals of classical ballet . Students are introduced to beginning barre and center work .

ACRODANCE
This class blends ballet , jazz and hip hop technique with acrobatic tumbling skills . Dancers start to learn intermediate level skills which incorporate balance , limbering , intermediate level tumbling and strength training . AcroDancers start to explore ballet , jazz and lyrical choreography while incorporating acrobatic skills : backbend variations , forward roll variations , handstand and headstand variations .
