Her leadership in AAMD’ s public relations efforts has become truly indispensable. When we need a thoughtful op-ed, a strong voice on an editorial board, or someone who can accurately and powerfully tell our industry’ s story, Erica is the person we turn to. Her passion, reliability, and advocacy make a real impact, and our association is stronger because of her dedication.

Our December Person of the Month, Dave Mann, is someone who consistently looks for ways to support AAMD and deepen his involvement with the association. Dave is always asking how he can help and is genuinely eager to learn more about the work we do and how he can contribute.
In his role as IROC Chair Elect, Dave has stepped up in meaningful ways. He actively participates in monthly planning meetings, brings thoughtful engagement to the role, and has helped advance important initiatives for the committee.
Dave has also played a key role in opening the door to a new annual sponsorship opportunity, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to strengthening the association.
