Toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, sinks, and garbage disposals are among the most common plumbing service requests submitted by residents. This seminar provides practical guidance on how to troubleshoot, identify, and repair common maintenance issues associated with these fixtures. Topics include toilet components and common problems, tub and shower faucets and water pressure issues, sink and faucet repairs, and typical garbage disposal malfunctions such as clogs, leaks, and power issues.
