Here is a timely tip regarding gift giving for guys, who are often known to dread Valentine ' s Day, or fear giving the wrong gift. Don ' t get women things that you actually want. I would rather have a single night of pampering and meaningful conversation than open one more box of candy, lingerie, electronic gadgets, or household items to " help me in the kitchen." Be creative- give us coupons for a relaxing massage... a sports-free night of TV... you get the idea. And please- let us know what you really want! We are just as flummoxed by this holiday as you are!

I have no complaints to write about. I just want to compliment my wife for all the thoughtful things she does for our family on a regular basis. She knocks herself out shopping and cooking and cleaning and working to make everything perfect, and I just want to let her know how much all of her efforts mean to us. I am not signing my name so all the wives out there who also knock themselves out might think their husband wrote this letter!
