Artful Affair
Blithewold ’ s 2024 “ Artisans ” Gala drew more than 350 guests to the historic Bristol property for an evening of dancing and celebration . The event honored longtime supporters Betty and Joe Brito Jr . and featured a four-course meal by Blackstone Caterers and music from Decades by DeZyne . The event ’ s Fund-A-Need raised $ 200,000 to restore the property ’ s historic water and rock gardens and protect them against future storms and tidal flooding . — L . C .
