Set Up Monthly Auto-Draft * Payments
* If you are already on ACH monthly auto draft payments via condo control , then NO FURTHER ACTION IS NECESSARY . Your ACH payment will continue and automatically update to the new monthly rate on 3 / 1 / 24 .
Step 1 :
Login with your personal credentials to app . condocontrol . com . Select “ Make a Payment ” on the left side menu , then click the shopping cart .
Step 2 :
In the “ I want to pay for ” drop down menu select YOUR monthly ACH Village . If you own a Buildable lot go to the bottom of the drop down menu and make your Monthly ACH Village-Buildable selection there .
Step 3 :
In the “ Reference / Invoice #” field , please put the property address that you are paying for .
Step 4 :
In the “ payment Type ” select either “ Credit Card ” or “ Bank Transfer ”. Please be aware of a 2.75 % + . 75 cent charge for all card transactions .
Step 5 :
Select Agree to Terms and fill out remaining fields with credit card or bank transfer account information until the transaction is completed .
Important Information for Multiple Property Owners
Property owners MUST set up individual Monthly ACH Auto-Draft payments for each Property owned . Follow steps 1-5 above . Be sure to select the specific unit in the “ Select unit ” drop down field when establishing the auto-draft .
