Dear Battle of the Sexes :
I know you ' ve probably heard this complaint over and over again , but after 15 years of marriage to the same guy , in the same house - you need to hear mine . My husband just asked me the other day where I " hid " the can opener ! It has been in the same drawer for over a decade and he was annoyed at me because he couldn ' t find it . Much of the time , it turns out , if they can ' t find it , it ' s because they didn ' t put it away . And sometimes , I just think some men get convenient amnesia - lol !

Dear Battle of the Sexes :
With the new year comes the traditional resolutions . I ' ve learned a valuable lesson last year that I hope I ' m able to pass on to other men , if I ' m not too late . Do not ever agree with your wife or girlfriend that they should go on a diet . Don ' t even comment on anything regarding the topic - say nothing ! I made this mistake when my wife decided to go back to size 10 , like she was when we got married . She asked , " Wouldn ' t that be nice , dear ?" And me , fool that I was , said it would be great . Now , one year later , she has yet to reach her size 10 goal and the other day , she told me that I ' ll just have to love her the way she is , not the size 10 that I want her to be . I never wanted or asked her to go on this diet - I just agreed ( my mistake ). I love my wife the way she is - size 14 , 12 , or 10 - it doesn ' t matter .
