AAMD Members Learn How to Be their Greatest with Goats
On Thursday , January 19th , approximately 75 AAMD members gathered at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds for an all-new addition to the POWER Program .
Focusing on both personal and professional wellness , Be Your Own G . O . A . T . ( Greatest of All Time ) was the first AAMD event of its kind , opening with an education seminar and closing with goat yoga . Savvy Property Solutions presenters Nina Troester and Michelle Molinaro weathered the storm ( literally ) to come to Denver and teach AAMD a new meaning to the G . O . A . T . acronym : Goals , Over-Deliver , Attitude , and Team .
This interactive seminar had attendees evaluating themselves , writing out new goals , encouraging one another , and applying everything learned to being a stronger team member . At the conclusion of their presentation , it was time to walk through the doors where Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga was setup to provide an hourlong yoga session . The room was not short on smiles as 19 total goats paraded around the room , interacting with all participants .
