My best advice , as both a yoga instructor and certified dementia practitioner , is that they respect their bodies by providing nourishing and respectful foods to themselves , that they stay connected and really make an effort to do so , and to maintain a physical health routine , whether it ’ s outdoors , virtual or at a fitness or senior center .
