We thank departed editor for work on the Villager

In 2018 , CCC signed a contract with Pamplin Media Group to produce our monthly Villager . Over the last threeplus years , Clara Howell has worked
SWITZER with our community as editor of the Villager . Often , as the deadline for submission neared , many regular columnists needed an extension for a day or two . She was quick to cooperate and although this put additional work ( and stress ) on Clara , she somehow was always able to work it out .
Clara has moved on from Pamplin to take advantage of other professional opportunities . The CCC board , staff , and the many monthly contributors to the Villager not only wish her well , but extend
our sincere thanks and appreciation for her hard work , professionalism and dedication to our community . Virtually all of the feature stories were written by Clara and her understanding of our unique community shined through in every one . Corey Buchanan , a long-time reporter for Pamplin , has taken over as editor of the Villager . We welcome Corey and look forward to working with him .
Website update
We continue to fine-tune the new-look website . Our Civic Affairs page will have both updates on legislation , elections , and other issues such as the master plan process at the Aurora Airport . Emergency Planning and Public Safety will also have its own page , providing more timely updates with important information about our emergency preparedness . Both the golf course page and the tennis club page have direct links to their respective websites .
We have established a separate website for Country Club Estates . CCE will now have direct access to architectural control applications and other information that is specific to that HOA . This will allow Rick Schram , our property manager , a more efficient means to keep CCE residents informed .
