St . Johns Family ,
First off , we would like to welcome Fabio Fornaro to the team . Fabio has extensive experience in all aspects of the hospitality business . He has worked all over the country from NY to Michigan and Tennessee , and now Florida . We are lucky to have Fabio to draw on his knowledge of Italian and California wines along with fine dining service . He will be a great asset to St . Johns Team .
If you are unaware Chef rolled out his new menu with some great new dishes . Please make sure you come up and try the dishes ! When you are here , we welcome your feedback so we can share with the culinary team . Also , be sure to try one of our cocktails off the new drink menu .
Wine & Tapas is scheduled for February 18 . This annual event is always a tremendous evening full of great wines , delicious food , and lots of fun . As our theme this year , we chose the Winter Olympics ! We will be featuring wines from France , Italy , Germany , the US , and Jamaica . Chef is cooking up a spectacular menu that we cannot wait to share with you . Tickets are available to be purchased through the events page on our website .
You may have notice we have suspended music for the month of February due to weather . We are excited for the it to start up again in March with Mellissa Joiner starting us off on March 3rd .
