ICE SKATING The Providence Rink Visit the Providence Rink for cityside ice skating . The rink is open daily from 10 a . m . to 10 p . m . through mid-March . Tickets cost $ 7 for adults and $ 4 for seniors , children and members of the military . Skate rentals cost $ 6.54 . Tickets are sold at a rate of ten tickets per fifteen minutes at a length of stay for three hours to keep capacity under control .
