Pushing the Envelope
For StyleWeek ’ s tenth anniversary , handbag designer Kent Stetson put on a show called “ Grey Areas ” on the Capital Grille ’ s patio in Providence . He kicked off the runway presentation with a documentary-style film , then sent masked models down the runway in garments that resemble his envelope clutches and other bags constructed from remnant materials he dug out while cleaning during quarantine . – J .
