PBCBA North County & Young Lawyer Sections Seek Board Members
North County Section : The North County Section seeks six new members to serve a twoyear director position , plus president-elect . The Board meets once a month to plan various networking events and programs for its nearly 600 members . The current Board includes Misty Chaves , president ; Lindsay Warner , president-elect and R . Wayne Richter , immediate past president . Directors ending their term this June 2021 include Brett Barner , Rebecca Brock , Greg Cohen , Fenya DelFyette , and Jonathan Wasserman . Directors ending their term in June 2022 are Barry Balmuth , Tanique Lee , Matt Okell , and Todd Stewart .
Young Lawyers : The Young Lawyers Section seeks three Officer positions , including president-elect , secretary , and treasurer . The YLS is an innovative , diverse and dynamic group committed to offering its members numerous opportunities to participate in activities to further their education , interact with other lawyers and judges , and provide services for the community . The current Executive Board includes Robert Wight , president ; Lauren Johnson , president-elect ; Michael Kranz , secretary ; Kelly Schulz , treasurer and Scott Perry , immediate past president .
To apply : To be considered for a Section board position , you must submit a completed petition to the Bar Office no later than 5:00 P . M . on Friday , March 5th . If there is a contested election , voting takes place online in April .
