Meet the

PKfit staff!

"My passion for fitness really ignited in college where I ran cross country. I graduated from the University of Miami with a business degree in management and marketing. I love helping people see that exercise can be fun and encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. I am certified in multiple areas including spin, kickboxing, bootcamp, yoga, PKfit & more. I also have a 6 year old daughter and 4 year old triplet daughters."

Keli Casdia

"I played baseball and basketball through high school and have always been in and out of the gym. I am certified to teach yoga for children and adults, I am a PKfit instructor and a certified personal trainer. When I am not teaching or preparing for my classes, I like to spend time with my friends and family, hike through nature, go fishing with my dad, draw/ paint and sometimes just relax and read a good book. I love to learn new things so whenever I have free time I’m usually trying to understand something that I didn’t understand before."

Dan Smith

"During high school and college, staying active was important to me. I participated in multiple competitive sports like basketball, tennis, swimming, and volleyball. Along with individual training, I teach Queenax, Indoor Cycling, Parisi, PKfit and many other

strength-based group classes. I developed a passion for training by first reaching my own fitness goals through discipline and devotion.
