“ It ’ s like someone running up on you with a knife and you shooting them in the knee and everyone gets made at you , but that person just ran up on you with a knife . It ’ s out of Defense of what ’ s happening to me and my people .”

The project he ’ s released now is called Negrophobia ( The fear or the dislikement of the black race ). Every song is pretty much a different topic that melanated people face and go through in this country and in this world globally . When you listen the the tracks the first song on the record is called Unify . Here , he wanted to start us with how we must let go of our trivial differences and come together to take down babylon . And the last song is called No Allegiance , basically saying that this country hasn ’ t been representing us so why should we represent this country . All the tracks in between all have there own powerful meaning , but they all come together under one umbrella , which is that of melanated people .

“ It ’ s like someone running up on you with a knife and you shooting them in the knee and everyone gets made at you , but that person just ran up on you with a knife . It ’ s out of Defense of what ’ s happening to me and my people .”

When asked to expound more on what he means by No Allegiance hes states “ i came up with No Allegiance but symbolizing the flags colors ( RED , WHITE , and BLUE ) with something the the black diaspora face in this society throughout our everyday struggle . Red is for the blood shed . This is the blood shed from slavery to the blood shed of police brutality White is for White Supremacy , and well Blue is for the crooked cops themselves . “ I just wanted to state what the flag means to me ”, Shareef says , “ because the flag hasn ’ t been a good representation for me , my people , and this country . Just like the veterans fight for this country , this country doesn ’ t fight for them . It ’ s a one side street . I made the track just off of feeling passionate about the mistreatment . Brotha Shawt got on the track and told you what the Pan African flag means , and that was a real neat combination . My verse was talking down on this country saying forget this country , and his was uplifting telling the people about what our flag means and stands for , so you get both sides . A nice balance of the two .
But still , some believe that his words may have been too harsh and / or aggressive . I mean F *** America , that flag is my enemy ? Many in America , even in the black race , would still defend this country and all it ’ s BS because it is where they grew up and so many have died protecting us . Even with police brutality document throughout history , and in today ’ s day and time thanks to technology and social networking , there are those who say they are still here to protect us from harm . However , Shareef and many others in the black diaspora , say otherwise . “ The KKK and the police are the same people they just change the symbol , the shape of the badge and change the uniform . They removed the bag from head and flash a badge instead . So basically the Klansmen and the police men have the same objective and that to exterminated the black race . So why wouldn ’ t you say F *** that flag if it hasn ’ t done anything for you ? If you were feeling attacked why wouldn ’ t you be aggressive ? I ’ m not doing this out of hate . A lot of people ask me
