to become polluted with toxins that kill us slowly, day by day, if unattended. Learn to say “no” to all of the extra things that tend to drain your energy and learn to say “yes” to YOU! Reclaiming your peace is a process and it may also require that you edit some of the people in your life as well. We have all had energy drainers and dream killers in our lives at some point. It’s time to give them a new address as well. Women understand now more than ever that it’s time to manage our energy levels so that we have the energy to do the things that are important to us -- the things that feed our spirit and nourish our soul. Eat Fresh and Clean - Eat to Live! Women are choosing a new approach to eating. We are now eating intentionally, and with a purpose; we are eating to live. We are choosing to eat fresh and clean -- living foods – greens, colorful veggies full of vitamins and nutrients, and fresh fruit. We are eating lite and healthy in a quest to have a long, rich, beautiful life. Set yourself up for success. Simplify and start by making small changes that you will be able to stick with. The key is for this NOT to be a “diet;” it should become a lifestyle. Every step you make to your eating program matters. Stay away from packaged and processed foods as much as possible. Drink plenty of water, it helps flush our systems of waste products and toxins. Yet many people go through life dehydrated— which causes tiredness, low energy, and headaches.
