Board Meeting Minutes
New Business : James shared with the Board a 2024 Strategic Plan , that outlines several key items to help promote more engagement for WSCA . This will also be a way to give more Board members projects to work out throughout the year . Meeting dates were set for 2024 . These dates will be sent out to Board Members and committee chairs .

Motion made by Rachel Duenow , seconded by Julia Northwick to adjourn the meeting at 8:33pm . Motion carried unanimously .
