Welcome to another edition of Realty411 , our first issue of 2022 . On our cover , we feature an investor and club leader we ' ve personally known for nearly a decade . It ' s a pleasure to introduce Jimmy Reed from Fort Worth , Texas , to our national readership .
Jimmy and his networking team , 1REClub . com , host a real estate meeting every month , which is now also live streamed . Currently , he ' s been focusing on some incredible newbuild opportunities in a quaint , small town near his home , about 30 minutes away .
Jimmy and his development team have built numerous singlefamily homes for himself and his local investors , plus his national investor network . From my understanding , these starter homes are being rented on longterm leases as quickly as they can be built and sold .
1REClub also quickly jumped on the Airbnb trend with the marketing of properties in Broken Bow , OK , which is a beautiful wildlife area perfect for travelers who live in DallasFort Worth , like Jimmy and his family . The Airbnb properties they promoted as investments to their members have also been consistently booked and appreciating . Congratulations to Jimmy Reed , founder of 1REClub . com for carving
out his own successful investment strategy . And , in this issue he is going to share some of his 30year plus real estate insight with our readers .
It ' s wonderful to hear about the successful real estate ventures that our associates are involved in . From singlefamily to multifamily , hotels to notes , I ' m seeing incredible momentum across so many different asset classes and niches . Our colleagues are certainly keeping busy . It ' s exciting to witness firsthand , and it really allows us to see how this real estate industry can offer us so many different ways of investing and making money .
My husband and I had the pleasure of hosting Jimmy and his wife , Rachell , to our local favorite cowboy hangout , AJ Spurs Saloon and Restaurant . Since they were visiting from Texas , we took them to our favorite local Western hangout .
You see , where we work and live in California , the Santa Ynez Valley , we also have a longstanding cowboy culture . In fact , when friends from outoftown visit , they enjoy road trips around the valley to view the amazing ranches and vineyards that surround us .
It was indeed a pleasure to host them for the day . We ' ve actually been visited by many of our colleagues from around the country . One of advertisers , in fact , hosted his company ' s webinar in our office on a recent visit , which I thought was amusing .
Although you may not be visiting our area , we do hope to meet you soon either in person at one of our live events across the country or virtually . Our team has been hosting virtual events since the pandemic and we ' ve sure had wonderful success in expanding our investor network .
