“Losing my Religion” is an alternative song by the band R.E.M. It was released on the “Out of Time” album in 1991. It is their highest charting song, which peaked at number 4 on the Billboard Top 100. This expanded the group’s popularity greatly.
R.E.M is an American rock band that was formed in Athens, Georgia in 1980. The members of the band consist of drummer Bill Berry, lead guitarist Peter Buck, backing vocalist Mike Mills and lead vocalist Micheal Stipe. The band was at their peak in the 90's, when alternative music was "in". A few of their many albums include Murmur, which was their very first album, Document, which includes the popular song "It's the End of the World as we Know it (and I Feel Fine)" and "Out of Time", the most popular album of them all.
