2022 was a more stable year for the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent" compared to other years. At the same time, significant growth was observed in many key indicators.

During 2022, representatives of the took an active part in many important strategic events, including visiting several European countries as part of "road shows" together with the delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, also, RSE “Toshkent” participated in the Cbonds IV international conference held in Tashkent. Near the end of the year, the stock exchange actively took part in the Uzbekistan Economic Forum 2022 held in Samarkand. In addition, during the year we continued our work and actively participated in the privatization processes taking place in the country.

2022 was a year of growth in many key indicators of the Republican stock exchange "Toshkent". For instance, in 2022, the number of transactions and trading volume increased significantly by 12.9% and 282.1%, respectively, compared to the same period in 2021. During 2022, 80 723 trades with 36,15 billion securities of 114 issuers worth 4,82 trillion UZS were concluded. The average daily turnover of trades at the RSE "Toshkent" over the past year amounted to more than 19.50 bln UZS (almost 4 times more than 2021) in the average daily number of deals - 327, which is 14.67% more than the previous year. At the end of 2022, there were 111 issuers on the exchange quotation list of RSE “Toshkent”, of which: 107 are issuers of shares, of them 3 are also issuers of bonds and 4 of which are issuers of bonds only. Issuers of shares are divided into three categories in the exchange quotation list. Of them:

- "Premium" category - shares of 1 issuer, JSC "O'zbekiston respublika tovar-xomashyo birjasi" /URTS/;

- "Standard" category - shares of 70 issuers.

- "Transit" category - shares of 36 issuers.

Despite this, however, we still have many challenges and plans ahead which we intend to implement and continue to work on key strategic areas.
