This year was a turning point for listing funds. Over 80 various funds were underwritten and listed to IFB.

We also expanded option trading atmosphere in both sides of investors encouragement and infrastructure accessibility. Trading options is an increasingly popular form of investment that is accessible to anyone and does not require a huge amount of starting capital.

We shrank our attention span and focused on startups by smart allocating resources to them in the capital market. As a SRO, we presented regulations, set directives, provided circulars and even outreaching the capital market society.

After a hard year in 2021 we struggled to rebuild trust in many ways. Corporate governance is another area of focus which has been neglected in our capital market recent years. We have started to pursue the target rigidly by defining a dedicated section office. Issuers' governance, investors' governance, and regulators' governance are the main parts to deal with.

We also started to redefine process and workflows to optimize business automation through FARASA (in-house platform).

Still over 90% of the debt market goes through the IFB. As in previous years we continued our support to the central bank’s fiscal policy operation by deepening the debt market, issuing securities and providing regular cash-in cash-out reports.

Rebuilding the trust was our hit and we passed many obstacles. Regulatory environment and legislation in higher level was also a critical point to deal with.
