In 2025, the ASE chaired the Sustainability Advisory Committee of the United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative (UNSSE), reflecting its leadership in sustainability and disclosure, and led the launch of sustainability guidance and an action plan to support SMEs in integrating sustainability principles.

The ASE launched the Climate Disclosure Regulatory Framework and Guidance, in collaboration with the IFC and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, to enhance climate-related transparency by listed companies, becoming the first exchange in the Middle East to align with ISSB standards, including IFRS S1 and IFRS S2.

The ASE strengthened sustainability and disclosure practices through specialized training workshops for listed companies on ESG, climate risk management, and sustainability reporting, alongside online webinars to promote financial literacy and investor awareness.

The ASE hosted local and international delegations, including the British Ambassador and representatives from the London Stock Exchange, to explore cooperation opportunities and promote the Jordanian capital market to UK investors.

The ASE advanced its digital transformation by launching the new “Boursa” mobile application, providing investors with an enhanced, real-time platform for market data, disclosures, analytics, and news.
