Yearbook 2025

The year 2025 marked a pivotal milestone for Stability Partners, as it represented the formal launch of the organization following an extended period of strategic development. In contrast to 2024, which was primarily dedicated to research, conceptualization, and the design of proprietary solutions, 2025 became the year of market entry and practical implementation. The company transitioned from a developmental phase to an operational one, introducing its core services and engaging with clients. Therefore, while 2024 was characterized by groundwork and internal structuring, 2025 can be regarded as the beginning of active business activity and external positioning.

Despite this progress, the organization encountered a number of challenges typical for an early-stage company. The most significant constraint was related to human resources. As a newly established firm, Stability Partners faced limitations in terms of personnel capacity, which required the team to operate with a high degree of efficiency. Delivering complex strategic solutions with relatively limited staff necessitated careful prioritization, adaptability, and a strong emphasis on internal coordination. This challenge was further compounded by the need to maintain high standards of service while simultaneously building operational processes.

Nevertheless, the company can confidently state that it achieved its primary objectives for the year. The successful launch of its services and their active utilization in practice represent a substantial accomplishment. The transition from strategy development to real-world application validated the effectiveness of the solutions created during the previous period. In this respect, 2025 fulfilled its core purpose: to establish Stability Partners as a functioning and capable market participant.

Project of the year: Development and implementation of the company’s proprietary strategic solutions

Event of the year: Company’s entry into corporate and institutional hedging, accompanied by successful initial operations and the establishment of a stable foundation for further growth in this domain.

Change of the year: Official launch of the company, marking the transition from a development phase to full-scale operational activity

Accomplishment of the year: Successful introduction and practical application of the developed solutions, confirming their effectiveness and relevance.

Word of the year: Finally. Reflecting the culmination of a long period of preparation

Person of the year: Eldar Suiunov, who was instrumental in guiding the company through its launch phase

Member of the year: Egor Vlasov, who led the website development team
