CEO

2025 was a strong year for Devexperts. Compared with 2024, it was a year of broader geographic reach and a more focused understanding of where capital markets demand is moving. We continued to support brokers, exchanges, banks, and trading firms, but one important shift was the growing weight of exchange-listed assets in client conversations. Across regions, we saw stronger interest in listed derivatives, equities, and related market infrastructure, and we responded by applying our technology in ways that fit each market’s structure, regulation, and user behavior. We also kept pace with AI developments by implementing AI capabilities, both through our own tools and partner integrations, to support risk management and user engagement.

The main challenge in 2025 was the increased fragmentation of demand. Clients wanted faster delivery, deeper customization, regional fit, and, naturally for 2025, AI functions, but they still expected the same level of stability and performance from live trading systems. That combination is complex when firms operate across several jurisdictions and asset classes. We responded by keeping our architecture modular, expanding our footprint across regions, from South Korea to MENA, while continuing our work in the US, and building solutions that can work either as standalone products or as part of an existing technology stack.

We believe we met the goals we set for 2025. The year confirmed that demand was becoming more regional and more specific, and we responded accordingly. At the same time, we continued adding AI capabilities to support both broker teams and end users' needs.

Expansion of geographic reach while strengthening our work in listed derivatives, equities, and related trading infrastructure. Our public milestones included a futures launch in the US, a major options project in South Korea, a stronger commercial presence in MENA, and the continued rollout of AI capabilities for capital markets needs.
