Issued the rules governing clearing and deposit operations (the Company's Rules Book). The book includes all laws, controls, and procedures for organizing the Company’s operations to help investors understand the rules and procedures governing these activities an important factor and a strategic step toward a regulatory framework for infrastructure services in the capital market sector. Issued regulations for securities lending and borrowing.

Introduced custodians as clearing members to ensure settlement of trades executed by their clients, both cash and securities legs, directly with the Company to implement the Delivery versus Payment (DVP) principle.

Approved operational procedures for the DVP2 delivery-versus-payment model for clients of the custodian.

Started development of the new central securities depository system, which will include all current system features plus necessary improvements and modifications to align with the strategy approved by the Company’s Board of Directors and with the stock exchange strategy and the overall development requirements of the Omani capital market.

Achieved readiness of infrastructure and electronic systems to activate and operate post-trade processes for the Promising Companies Market launched this year.

Obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management for the second consecutive year, contributing to an improved company rating by applying global quality policies and principles that help reduce risk levels.

Completed enhancements to the “As-hum Oman” (Oman Shares) application by adding a package of new services and reports to serve investors. Completed phase two work on the “Investor Journey” initiative, enabling account opening for foreign investors and entities.

Implemented an e-payment project via the Company’s official website and the “As-hum Oman” app to facilitate subscription and fee payments for clients and investors. Completed development of the price-building operations platform for securities offered in public subscriptions.

Developed an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), a centralized electronic system for organizing, storing, and retrieving digital documents securely and efficiently. The system enables document classification, indexing, and sharing among users with access control. It supports long-term archiving, electronic signatures, and integration with other company systems, enhancing regulatory compliance.

In line with the Company’s vision to improve operational efficiency and enhance productivity, the Company successfully activated the Odoo ERP human resources module, improving information flow, reducing errors, and increasing automation.
