Well prepare to get your socks blown off. Seagate has announced it is now shipping the world’s first 8TB 3.5-inch hard drives to select enterprise customers. Ok so it’s not strictly-speaking available to the private individual consumer just yet, but it surely will be in the not-too-distant future. In case you needed reminding, 8TB is a lot of space.
