You are the first point of contact for your customers’ needs, and the center of the customer relationship. Build stronger relationships with your customers by managing their end-to-end experience.
Better Billing
You own and control the billing cycle. Provide a single bill to customers for your own tools, products, and services, and those from Microsoft. Create financing options on your own terms.
Drive Upsell
You sell integrated offers and services in a single sales motion. In addition to Microsoft cloud solutions, sell your own value-added services, including deployment, migration, software customizations or custom apps, support, ongoing maintenance, or training.
Direct Support
You can use in-product tools to directly provision, manage, and support your customers. You are a delegated admin in your customers’ environments, and they get the personalized help they need.
Payment
Partners must be able to assume management of credit risk and collections. Partners need to be able to bill customers on a monthly basis.
Support
Customers will contact you with provisioning, help, and how-to questions. Partners must be able to provide quality 24 / 7 technical support to varying call volumes in the local language.
Customer Communication
Partners are responsible for communications to their customers related to subscriptions, transactions, and status. Partners also must help Microsoft enforce the Acceptable Use policy.
Technical Excellence
Partners are expected to provide their own portfolio of high-caliber value-added services, built on top of the Microsoft cloud. Partners have the systems, tools, and employees to grow and scale their solutions.
How Do I Enroll?
The Cloud Solution Provider program is a new offering, and at this point is available only to a select group of Microsoft partners. If you think your company is a great fit, talk to your Microsoft partner account representative.
