of a few of the smaller offices, both the customers and the employees benefit
from the process. “With more people in each office,” Tera observed, “you gain
efficiencies, you get different ideas, service coverage is better than if you just
have two people in an office. We can get answers to them quicker, and our
closing process is faster.”
