FCS Financial, echoing the cooperative spirit, are very active in their communities and the Partners in Doing program allows them up to eight hours of paid leave every year to volunteer at the charity of their choice. Further honoring their contributions to their communities, in May 2014 FCS Financial launched the Boost Your Impact initiative, which provides matching funds up to $25 per employee, one time per year, to the staff member’s donation to a non-profit organization. FCS Financial recognizes that building communities through volunteerism is important to their employees. The Partners in Doing program gives FCS Financial employees the opportunity to volunteer up to eight hours of time during the workweek and receive payment for those hours volunteering.
