FCS Financial, echoing the cooperative spirit, are very active in their
communities and the Partners in Doing program allows them up to
eight hours of paid leave every year to volunteer at the charity of their
choice. Further honoring their contributions to their communities, in
May 2014 FCS Financial launched the Boost Your Impact initiative,
which provides matching funds up to $25 per employee, one time per
year, to the staff member’s donation to a non-profit organization.
FCS Financial recognizes that building communities
through volunteerism is important to their
employees. The Partners in Doing program gives FCS
Financial employees the opportunity to volunteer
up to eight hours of time during the workweek and
receive payment for those hours volunteering. Here
