As FCS Financial prepares to mark a century of support to the
agricultural community, its organizational structure may be simpler
than at any time in its history but its product line is as diverse as the
member/owners it serves. Compared to its fairly simple product lines
of the earlier years, FCS Financial now offers a wide variety of loans
at different rates, with different terms. Their product line includes
farm real estate loans, operating loans, equipment and livestock loans,
revolving lines of credit for equipment and breeding livestock, YBS
loans, rural home loans, lots and acreage loans, recreational property
loans, and construction loans.
