September is here, bringing the start of a new season to First Colony! As summer gradually winds down, we hope residents are enjoying our beautiful neighborhoods, parks, pools, trails, and other community amenities.

With school back in session, please continue to use extra caution around school zones, buses, crosswalks, and neighborhood streets. Temperatures may still be warm, so remember to stay hydrated and take precautions when spending time outdoors.
