1 / 3cup Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1tsp 16oz
McCormick Ground Ginger

DIRECTIONS Step 1
Heat oven to 350 ° F.
Step 2
Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Step 3
Mix together cake mix, walnuts, oats, eggs, canola oil and ginger in a large bowl.
Step 4
Spread 1 / 2 of mixture onto bottom of prepared baking dish( reserve other 1 / 2 mixture for topping).
Step 5
In a separate bowl, gently stir cranberry sauce and then evenly spread on top of prepared crust.
Step 6
Pinch and press pieces of reserved mixture and scatter over cranberry filling.
Step 7
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until light brown.
Step 8
Let bars cool 30 minutes and then cut into 24 portions.
