Payment Plan Request
Every year, members of FCCSA elect members to serve on the Board of Directors. The election is an essential process to the community because it determines who will be responsible for overseeing the rules and bylaws of the community, among many other vital decisions throughout their term. An elected Board of Directors has the obligation to fulfill various responsibilities which include making decisions and acting in the best interest of the community as a whole. The Board of Directors review contracts, audits, budget, legal issues, existing guidelines, and policies and takes part in the planning and vision of the community through strategic planning meetings to reflect the associations short-term and long-term goals. The Board of Directors are responsible for the affairs of the association and carry the powers and duties necessary to conduct business as described by the governing documents for the association. As a member of the community, you should carefully consider each vote and place your support behind individuals you think will best serve the association in this capacity.
