Ingredients
◦ 1 Bag( 14-16oz) coleslaw mix
◦ 1 cut pineapple tidbits, drained
◦ 1 / 2 cup mayonnaise
◦ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
◦ 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, and honey.
2. Place the coleslaw mix and pineapple tidbits in a large bowl.
3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture.
4. Toss until evenly coated.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
