We love our FCCSA fur friends and understand that they are an integral part of the family ! Here are a few tips on how to be a responsible pet owner within FCCSA :

Did you know our Heritage Colony Clubhouse is available for rent to all FCCSA members ? The clubhouse is great for any occasion such as Bridal Showers , Birthday Parties , Baby Showers , Graduation Parties and more ! To reserve the clubhouse , you must come to the office to drop off a security deposit of $ 225 ( checks only ). The deposit is refundable if there is no damage . The rental fee is $ 30 an hour with a 2-hour minimum and a processing fee of $ 25 for all rentals altered / changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours ’ notice of the rental date . The clubhouse is located at 3320 Double Lake , Missouri City , TX 77459 .
Amenities include :
Kitchen , microwave ( no stove ), a full-size refrigerator , 4 6ft . round tables , 4 6ft . rectangular tables and 40 chairs . Access to the pool area during the summer season is available for an additional charge . Capacity is 40 people maximum .
