Aquatic Center Lap Pool Information The Aquatic Center Lap Pool is a“ Swim at Your Own Risk” facility. Lifeguards are not on duty. Since its main use is as a fitness swimming facility, there will be NO areas of the pool designated leisure swimming areas.
The pool is equipped with a secure entrance system that allows residents to access the pool only during the hours of operation. Residents are required to submit a $ 100 deposit( payable by check or money order only) for the pool access card. The resident must be the owner of the home and be over 21 to receive the card. The deposit is refundable when the card is returned( lose the card, lose the deposit).
Pool Hours 5:00 am – 10:00 pm Monday-Saturday 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm Sunday
The pool is closed on Sunday morning for maintenance.
Oyster Creek Boathouse Opens in April!
Did you know that FCCSA has a facility that allows you to rent out kayaks to use on Brooks Lake? The Oyster Creek Boathouse is scheduled to open on Saturdays and Sundays starting in April and will remain open through October. The boathouse is located at 15910 Creekbend Drive, Sugar Land. FCCSA members must sign up for a digital pool pass to check out a kayak. If you have signed up for a digital pool pass, no need to sign up again, your registration carries through the next year. Anyone checking out a kayak must be 21 years of age or older, and rowers who are under 21 years of age must be accompanied on the kayak by an adult.

• Saturdays & Sundays 8 am- 12 pm & 4 pm- 7 pm
• Memorial, July 4, and Labor Day 8 am- 12 pm & 4 pm- 7 pm
At kayak check-out you will be required to leave a driver’ s license and sign a liability form. Non-residents may rent a kayak by buying a pass at the FCCSA office. A daily one-use pass is $ 10.00 per person with a season pass cost of $ 50.00 per person. Kayaks are checked-out on a first come, first serve basis, reservations are not accepted. There are no pets allowed in the kayaks. Life preservers are provided and must be worn by all participants.
